2. Services Offered
 
We provide insured, owner-operated residential repairs, installations, and small remodels across San Diego coastal and inland areas. Services include (but aren’t limited to):
 
•  Bathroom fan installation
•  Deck refurbishments
•  Drywall patching
•  Furniture assembly
•  TV mounting
•  Plumbing and electrical repairs
•  Appliance hookups
All work is performed by the owner/operator and subject to availability.
 
3. Quotes & Pricing
 
•  Quotes are valid for 7 days from issue.
•  Pricing may vary based on scope, materials, and complexity.
•  Invoices are issued upon completion and payment is due immediately unless otherwise agreed.
•  Any changes to pricing for ongoing work will be discussed before proceeding.
 
4. Appointments & Cancellations
 
•  Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or website.
•  Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a $30 fee.
•  We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, emergencies, etc.).
 
5. Service Limitations
 
We may decline work that:
 
•  Falls outside our expertise or licensing
•  Poses safety risks
•  Involves abusive behavior or unsafe conditions
•  Requires permits not yet obtained
 
6. Payment Terms
 
•  Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged.
•  Accepted methods: cash, bank transfer, or other agreed formats.
•  Late payments may incur interest or collection action.
 
7. Liability & Warranty
 
•  We take pride in quality craftsmanship and offer a 14-day workmanship warranty.
•  We are not liable for indirect damages, pre-existing conditions, or third-party work.
•  Please report any issues within 14 days for resolution.
 
8. Client Responsibilities
 
•  Ensure the workspace is safe, accessible, and free of hazards.
•  Disclose relevant site details (e.g., material specs, known issues).
•  Secure necessary permits before work begins.
 
9. Intellectual Property
 
All content on torreybuildingservices.com—including logos, images, and text—is protected. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
 
10. Privacy
 
We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only for service delivery and warranty purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
 
11. Changes to Terms
 
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
 
12. Governing Law
 
These Terms are governed by California law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
